Great news for Philippine Airlines (PAL) travellers in the UAE!
Philippine Airlines, our esteemed travel partner and the flag carrier of the Philippines, has introduced its latest ancillary offering. Effective from January 16 until February 15, 2023, Philippine Airlines will offer a complimentary shuttle service for all eligible PAL passengers between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
As per the eligibility criteria for the service, PAL passengers travelling to/from Abu Dhabi and flying from/to Dubai International Airport (and vice versa) can avail this service. However, to avail this service, passengers must hold confirmed flight tickets with certain fare brands. Moreover, passengers must register for the shuttle service as soon as the tickets are confirmed. Passengers can register three days before the flight, and the service is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
In addition to the complimentary shuttle service, Philippine Airlines is offering a baggage allowance of two check-in bags and one piece of hand luggage. The check-in luggage should weigh maximum 23 kg each for economy passengers and 32 kg each for business class passengers. The hand luggage must weigh maximum 7 kg for both economy and business class passengers. Passengers travelling with extra luggage must inform in advance and additional charges for the same may apply.
The Shuttle Schedule
The schedule for the shuttle service has been meticulously planned. For departure, passengers boarding the flight with flight number PR 659, the pickup is scheduled at 2:00 PM from PAL Office Abu Dhabi and drop will be at DXB International Airport. For arrival, passengers boarding the flight with flight number PR 658, the pickup is scheduled at 8:00 PM from DXB International Airport and drop will be at PAL Office Abu Dhabi.
