Dubai is the first Middle Eastern nation to host this popular Spanish Music festival in the year 2023. Elrow XXL Dubai is the first Dubai event to hit the UAE in February and is most likely to happen from 17th -18th February 2023. The debut will take place at D3 (Dubai Design District) and ensures over-the-top spangle and swank. The outdoor venue is said to be capable of hosting a capacity of over 8,000 guests. These brands offer deals starting from a minimum discount of 25% going up to 95%, depending on the item you wish to procure.
